Can vendors join for free?+
Yes. Creating a vendor profile is free. Paid plans add visibility, verification and lead tools — only when WedWise helps you earn more.
How does vendor verification work?+
We check business identity, portfolio authenticity and price clarity. Verified badges only appear after a real human review — no auto-approval.
How does protected payment work?+
Protected payment is rolling out. The customer pays through WedWise, we hold funds, and the vendor is paid after the service is delivered. Until live, we mark it clearly as ‘coming soon’.
Can I use WedWise from abroad?+
Yes. WedWise is built for diaspora couples — you can verify vendors, compare quotes and avoid the ‘abroad pricing’ tax.
Can I plan only a traditional wedding?+
Absolutely. The budget calculator and vendor filters support traditional-only, court-only, or any combination.
Does WedWise plan the wedding for me?+
